Every brokerage shows you a lifestyle. We'll show you the number.
Put last year's commission in. We'll run it against what you're on now and what you'd be on here, fee included, before you speak to anybody.

Your figures, not ours. We do not know your brokerage and have not assumed anything about it — the sliders start on a common shape, not on anyone's published fees. The BroadBricks side is the published plan fee × 12, no split and no cap. All fees plus HST.
What the fee actually buys
Four things. Not forty. If a brokerage needs a slide deck to explain what you get, that is the answer.
- A deal desk that fills the formDrop the signed package in. The submission builds itself and the broker reviews it the same day.
- Your listings on a real siteEvery listing you take sits on a consumer site with live board data — not a template with your headshot in the corner.
- One page of feesThe schedule you read at the intro call is the schedule you are on. There is no second page.
- A broker who picks upReach the broker of record the night before an offer presentation. You get a person, not a ticket number.

Questions you should be asking every brokerage
What's the catch with flat fees?
There isn't one. The model works on low overhead, not on taking a cut of every deal. The entire fee schedule is on this page — if you find a fee that isn't on it, it doesn't exist.
How does the 90/10 plan become a 95/5?
On the 90/10 plan you keep 90% until your first $19,000 in GCI, then you automatically move to keeping 95% — no renegotiating. You're rewarded for producing.
What does annual prepay save me?
Prepaying a year up front saves 15% versus paying monthly. Every plan except the parked licence qualifies. All fees are plus HST.
How hard is it to transfer?
Transferring in takes one RECO form and about a day, and your licence transfers out just as easily — you're never locked in.
Twenty minutes and you'll know.
Bring last year's GCI. No recruiter, no deck, no follow-up sequence — you talk to the broker of record and you leave with the math.
